By double clicking on a thay icon appears the SemTop! settings window:

• Top/Untop HotKey
  
  You can set any handy key combination for swiching windows "always on top" mode.
  For example, the "Ctrl + T" like on screenshot, is a good choise.
  
  To remove the hotkey, press the spacebar in this field.
  
  
• Launch SemTop! on startup
  
  Check this field if you want to program automatically runs when the Windows starts.
  
  
• Don't show splash screen on startup *
  
  You can disable splash screen on startup by checking this box.
  
  
• Don't play sound on Top/Untop *
  
  It is possible to disable playing sound when switching windows mode.
  
  
• Disable auto-on-top state messages *
  
  Check to turn off hints about changes of permanent applications windows states.
  
  
• Set Defaults
  
  Reset to defaults.

Note: don't forget to press Ok or Apply button to changes takes effect.
